Returns and Aftersales Policy

Distance Selling Regulations

You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days* following the day of delivery.

You can cancel your purchase by:

1. logging in to My Account or using the Contact Us facility , or

2. phoning us on 01822 612689 with your order reference number and delivery details to hand

*working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

Your product must be complete and in ''as new'' condition. The product must not have been used . Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.

If you follow the above, we will issue you with a full refund for the cost of the product and any delivery charges paid. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:

  • the goods were a special order to your specification

Subject to the paragraph headed PAYMENT below, acceptance of your order and the creation of a contract between us will only occur when we send you an email confirming your order (Order Confirmation). This will contain details of how your products will be delivered to you. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will email you to tell you so.

These terms and conditions, and all transactions relating to this website and all non-contractual obligations arising from any transaction carried out on this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

None of your financial details are held by us at all.

3/ Alternatively you can pay by cheque, goods dispatched when cheque has cleared (please allow 7 days)

Prices shown for items do not include postage/packing.

We will endeavor to dispatch your chosen item/s within 1-3 working days.


As all items are hand made, we will email you with the expected completion date of your order, after speaking to the artist, or phone 01822 612689 to get an estimated delivery date

Orders are sent first class or special delivery via Royal Mail, or by special fine art carriers if necessary.

Insurance will be included in the postage price


These are calculated by total weight ofproducts for UK postage rates

Your goods will arrive carefully packaged and boxed.

In the unlikely event that your goods are received in a damaged condition please phone or email within 24 hrs. A full refund will be given.

In the unlikely event that the estimated dispatch date is not convenient; a full refund will be given

Damaged goods will need to be returned in an unused condition & within 7 days of Initial complaint.
